Account Manager/Business Analyst (London)

Account Manager/Business Analyst, will be based in City of London at our Business Centre and will be primarily responsible for managing and developing the relationships with our clients. These are London Market Insurance Intermediaries, Coverholders, MGAs and Brokers. Knowledge of the London Insurance Market is highly desirable, with experience of Financial Services software systems essential. 

As part of your responsibilities towards existing clients, you will be managing the requirements and coordinating delivery of enhancements and development projects.  A good understanding of the nature of the challenges our clients face in a highly regulated environment and as well as framing up proposals and draft requirements documents will be needed. A comfort with numbers for pricing, forecasting and scheduling will be needed as well as a driven desire to have your finger on the pulse of multiple clients, with answers to the current position of any project will be essential. 
Attention to detail, respect for accuracy of data and records as well as a creative flare to think outside the box, embracing new ideas and opportunities to collaborate with other providers in the market will be a natural setting in your approach. Good technical skills and understanding of the structure of software combined with an inquisitive mind will be a strong advantage to selection.

In addition to existing clients, new business opportunities present themselves frequently, so nurturing and developing these within the sales team will be core to the role.
Scope will encompass project management, strategic planning, sales support, product design, service application, logistics, and marketing, directly reporting to the Commercial Director, working with the Product Manager and Development Manager.

Project Lead (City of London)

Actively seeking a strong Project Lead with excellent organisation and Stakeholder Management Skills with past experience of impelmentations. Attention to detail, ownership of issues and excellent documentation skills will be a must.

The successful candidate will have a very hands on approach to the role and experience of insurance technology projects. Prince2/Util desirable but not essential.
